Good evening, The Hans Travel Tour Guide Department,
The majority of our group came from Maryland and Virginia and our Yellowstone trip was from
May 28, 2010 through May 31, 2010.
Our tour guide, Mrs. Kathy Ko, was so courteous from the beginning to the end of our trip.
Most tour guides just do their job, but Mrs. Ko's genuine concern and dedication toward us was
extraordinary. She treated us like family.
Because of her outstanding guidance, we have already asked her for more information regarding future
trips.
I would wager not many tourists take time to write and express their feelings and feedback, but all
of us agreed that Mrs. Ko was one of the best tour guides we ever had, and the amazing job she
did warranted it.
We were so lucky to have her as our tour guide.
She was simply the best.
Her endless support and guidance was greatly appreciated.
